Ben Havelock

Achieved an Associate Degree in Computer Technology and Internet Security with a technical excellence award. Ben has over 5 years in the IT industry and also has an extensive customer service background.

He was born and raised in Alaska but spent some time on the east coast finishing Schooling and Working in IT. He was always good with computers growing up, so he thought it only natural to start his career as a computer technician and Network specialist.

Neal Therrien:

Neal is a 29 year Air Force Senior Master Sergeant Retiree who has traveled the world with his final assignment right here in the "Last Frontier". A native of Arizona, Neal has found a home with his family here in Alaska since 2009.

Neal has a current CompTIA Security + certification and three degrees including a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix and a Associate of Applied Science in Information Systems from the Community College of the Air Force.

With a love for customer service and over a decade of experience in I.T. and a successful web design firm under his belt, Neal saw a need for fair priced residential and small business I.T. Services.
